Carpenter Ants

Large black ants are called the Northern Termite – because they can cause a great deal of structural damage to your home over time.  Most of the damage goes unnoticed as these ants tend to chew through wall studs, ceiling beams and other wood materials that form the skeleton of a home.

Primary locations include the kitchen, bathroom and other areas where humidity levels are high – although Carpenter Ants can appear everywhere.  Once Carpenter Ants have invaded a home, they never leave unless treated.
